What started as simply attending therapy and experimenting with recipes at home has evolved into an entire low-tox lifestyle. From scrutinizing grocery store ingredients and practicing oil pulling to EFT tapping, meditating, and soaking in the morning sun, I’ve transformed into a completely different version of myself over the past five years and it’s been the most rewarding change.
Right now, I'm focusing on prioritizing gratitude, seeking the good in every situation, and filling my days with things that bring me joy. I've never felt happier or more fulfilled - what a blessing!

We met one month into my freshman year of college at Texas A&M University, and never looked back (hellloooo love at first sight)! This year marks 10 incredible years of getting to do this life with my best friend and soulmate.
